We will clean the boats, check rigging, slides, foot stretchers and oars. We'll sweep and organize the boat house.

We're in the blue building beside the streetcar barn.

Our Purpose

The NRC promotes values of healthy outdoor activity and a commitment to community through its programs and events.

We offer recreational rowing for all ages, a learn to row program for novice rowers, recreational and competitive junior rowing programs, as well as an annual international competitive and fun regatta in August, the Nelson Sprints Regatta.

Bad weather means we do erg, weights then stopped raining so out on the water and had time to do a team relay
